362 Entertainment is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing/Management Intern who is passionate about music and eager to gain hands-on experience in the music industry. This role offers direct exposure to artist marketing, digital campaigns, and the day-to-day operations of artist management within a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.

This internship is ideal for someone looking to build real-world experience in music marketing while working closely with managers and digital strategists.

  • 10–15 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Sit in on weekly team meetings to stay aligned on artist goals, campaigns, and updates

  • Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns for music releases, concerts, and artist promotions

  • Collaborate closely with managers to gain hands-on experience in artist management operations

  • Create, schedule, and support content for artist and fan-facing social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Contribute creative social media ideas tailored to each artist’s brand and audience

  • Support creator outreach and fan engagement initiatives

  • Track and report on social media, streaming, and digital campaign performance using analytics tools

  • Support the management team during video shoots, local events, and off-site activations

  • Learn and work within industry platforms such as Master Tour, Bandsintown, and Canva

  • Stay current on digital and social media trends relevant to the music industry

  • Support production, promotion, and distribution of company's podcast content

  • Assist with podcast marketing assets, episode rollouts, and social clips

  • Help track podcast performance and audience growth across platforms

  • Sit in on podcast planning or recording sessions when applicable

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Music Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong interest in and passion for music, especially 362 Entertainment artists

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing tools

  • Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, short-form video editing, or content creation
